Fall Maintenance

Posted by allseasonscorp on September 11, 2015 at 12:00 PM Comments comments ()

Fall is just around the corner. If you look online you can find a ton of Fall Maintenance check lists, they all say have your furnace inspected. Heating and Air Conditioning Companies, such as ourselves, suggest doing Fall Maintenance before it becomes a necessity in the winter. We also don't want to postpone your maintenance due to an individual in dire straights. So when you are enjoying a nice fall day simply turn on your furnace and make sure it works. Or if you fill more comfortable with having a service tech turn it on for the first time, that is a'okay too. Just to avoid pushing your appointment off please schedule your maintenance between September 14-October 14th.

Have an awesome day!

Talk About A Heat Wave!

Posted by allseasonscorp on July 14, 2015 at 9:15 AM Comments comments ()

Wow, this last weekend was unbearable! Although I'm glad to say we accomplished our Service Call for the day! For today agenda we will be at Flowing Springs replacing a compressor, an air conditioner change out for Mike Rideout and his family, and let's not forget DEMOLISTION for the Wells Fargo renovation!!!!

Key Tip for today: Change your furnace filter!!! Between 35-40% of reasons why customers call us is because there coil on top of their furnace has frozen up because of restricted air flow caused by a dirty filter. This could save you up to 70 dollar in service fees!!! And if you are in need of a filter we have a ton of them ranging in all sorts of sizes.

Have a wonderful day!

It's a busy day in the neighborhood! All Seasons are out and about today working on new constructions and getting in as many service calls as possible.

The new install for today is Colins Residence in Lincoln, NE. The home is being built by our good friends at MK Builders. Building a new home can be tough and extremely stressful, our suggestion is to find a trustworthy contractor to make your many decisions a lot easier.

Our Service Tech Mike Scott will cover multiple miles today, having visits as far south as Marysville, KS. Don't forget requesting a service call can be as easy as filling out a few questions on our Service Request Page.

Have a wonderful day!

This is an exticting moment for us here at All Seasons Corp! We finally have a blog! We plan to post our daily activities and answer questions that come up regarding your heating and air condition needs. Please feel free to send your questions by e-mail to allseasonscorp@gmail.com or by using our service request page.

Today we are at Roger Schaefer's residence changing out their older equipment with a new Tempstar electic furnace and heat-pump. We are also adding 4 supply air runs and a new return drop with built in filter rack. We build most of our duct work in house, this makes it easy when we need a specific size. Pictures will be posted later today on our Instagram Page

See you all tomorrow! :D
